DotPe is a payment gateway that is built to accept payments through UPI, scanning QR codes, WhatsApp-based scan-order-pay etc. It specifically enables customers to make payments at brick-and-mortar stores. It is extremely helpful to several stores as a lot of people prefer going cashless so they hence need DotPe to make online payments at offline stores. Essentially DotPe is a one-stop solution for businesses as they provide everything from inventory management, marketing, ePOS, and CRM to Dashboard integration for restaurants.

As an offline store, it might get really difficult to keep track of each payment made on Dotpe. Sometimes it is possible that the transaction does not get completed or that some payments are made incorrectly. If this keeps happening, it accumulates and leads to a loss. So that’s why it is important to verify all transactions processed on DotPe.

This is where our software comes in use, it helps automate the Reconciliation of DotPe Transactions process. It reconciles the DotPe transaction report with the POS and settlement report. It cleans and transforms the data loaded after applying logic computations. After which it displays the reconciliation results in an easy-to-analyse format.

Reports Required for Reconciliation

DotPe Instore – POS Reconciliation

The DotPe report is linked with the POS report to check all the transactions made and the amount recorded in both reports for comparison. It shows which orders recorded in the DotPe report are reflected in the POS system so that we can check if any amount is paid incorrectly and by how much.

Reconciled with POS Details:

These orders and their respective amounts match in the DotPe report and the POS reports. Hence, they are said to be reconciled. So, you have been correctly paid for these orders.
