Amazon USA is a well-renowned online marketplace. It has a global reach, which is a great achievement for any e-commerce platform. Amazon is always a safe and good choice for customers wanting to buy products or sellers wanting to sell products. As a seller, selling on Amazon is a wonderful decision as it will help a business grow exponentially. This is one of the biggest goals of any business. Although growing at an exponential rate is of great advantage and profit to a seller, it comes with its fair share of problems. A seller will not be able to keep track of all the orders, payments, and fees easily once he starts selling on a large scale, which can lead to unnecessary net losses. This problem can only be solved by accurate reconciliation. The process of reconciliation for such a large volume of transactions is very difficult and time-consuming, especially using manual methods. To make reconciliation easy, Cointab has made an automated reconciliation software. The software can easily and accurately carry out the reconciliation process. The software offers automated data loading features and easily and regularly cleans the data and produces excellent results for analysis. It makes the process of reconciliation seamless. The software does Amazon USA Marketplace Reconciliation Using OMS to verify all the records with the internal cliental data.

The Reports needed for reconciliation are:

    • Amazon all order report

    • Amazon MTR report

    • Amazon disbursement report

    • Amazon FBA return report

    • Amazon reimbursement report

    • SKU master

    • Bank Statement

    • Reports from the client’s order management system (e.g., Incred, Unicommerce, EasyEcom, etc.).

Using a common identifier, the reports are linked to the client OMS reports, and the reconciliation process is started. The system then verifies every order detail, including the item amount, fees that apply to the payment that was made, and fees that were levied.

The results are then presented in a simple, easy-to-understand format and are all available on a single dashboard.

The result is as follows:
